Tres Leches (Three Milks) Pie - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup premium wheat flour
  • 400 gr. condensed milk
  • 1 can of concentrated milk
  • 2 cups of boiled milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat eggs, sugar, and salt until tripled in volume. Pour the batter onto a parchment-lined 23x28 cm baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn over and let cool.

    Remove the parchment and return the cake to the pan. Prick the entire surface of the cake with a fork. Mix the flour with the milk and extract and pour it over the cake. Let the mixture soak in for 2 hours.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to cut circles all over the surface, spread whipped cream on top, and stack them on top of each other. Serve with fresh fruit.
