This refreshing, slightly boozy pie for adults is a perfect treat for any occasion! The filling is made with lemon sorbet. It should be soft enough to be mixed with condensed milk, vodka, and whipped cream. The filling is spread on a pie crust, and the pie is frozen. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and marmalade lemon wedges.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a medium bowl, combine the sorbet, condensed milk, and vodka. Mix with a mixer on low speed until the frozen sorbet is smooth and free of lumps, 1-2 minutes.
