A recipe for making a savory pie with vegetable filling in a slow cooker.


Ingredients:


For the test:
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

For the filling:
  • 1-3 eggplants
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Vegetable oil
  • Dill and cilantro greens
  • Salt, pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Chop the onion, place it in a multicooker bowl with vegetable oil along with the small diced eggplants and fry for 20 minutes, selecting the “Bake” mode.
  • Step 2
  • Let the resulting mixture cool and combine with chopped dill and cilantro, crushed garlic, salt and black pepper.
  • Step 3
  • Knead a soft dough using sifted flour, sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Transfer half of the dough to a multicooker bowl greased with vegetable oil. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese, cover with the remaining dough, select the "Bake" mode, and set the timer for 1 hour.
