A recipe for a slow cooker pie using sponge dough and oatmeal. Filled with apples and pears.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 200 g of oatmeal
- 200 g flour
- 1 cup of kefir
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1-2 apples
- 1-2 pears
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Vegetable oil
- Vanillin
- Ground cinnamon to taste

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Pour kefir over the oatmeal and let it sit for 10 minutes to plump up. Then add the eggs beaten with sugar, then add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and ground cinnamon.
- Then add the peeled and finely chopped apple and pear. Mix the mixture thoroughly, place it in a greased multicooker bowl, and cook for 50-60 minutes on the "Bake" setting.
