Decorate your Easter table with cute bunny cookies grazing on the grass. The grass will be a layer of wheatgrass placed on foam rubber, into which you can stick bunny-shaped sticks. The bunnies themselves can be baked from store-bought cookie dough. The more different bunny shapes you cut out, the more interesting the arrangement will be. Decorate the finished cookie bunnies with colored icing, and place painted eggs on the grass next to them. A unique decoration that you can even eat later.

Recipes with similar ingredients: shortcrust pastry, cherry extract, premium flour
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a large bowl, mix the cookie dough with the cherry extract and 0.5-1 cup of flour to make a very sturdy cookie dough. Roll the dough out to a thickness of 0.5-1 cm. The dough should be very thick so the lollipop sticks will hold firmly after baking.
- Cut out bunny shapes from the dough and insert sticks into the shapes. You should have about 8, depending on the size of the cutter. Bake according to the dough package directions (these cookies will likely need a little longer since they are thicker). Cool completely.
- Decorate with icingLeave overnight for the glaze to dry.
- Place the foam on a large tray or basket. Place grass on top. Insert bunny cookies into the grass and foam. Place Easter eggs on the grass.
