These kebabs are made from three types of pork: pork, bacon, and andouille sausage, each skewered alternately with onions, pickles, and sweet banana peppers, and grilled. The flavor combination is amazing. To ensure the meat cooks perfectly with the bacon and sausage, choose a tender pork tenderloin. These kebabs don't require marinating; they're simply brushed with a mixture of mustard and olive oil before grilling—perfect for a spontaneous picnic.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 0.7 kg pork tenderloin, cut into 2.5 cm cubes.
- 450 g andouille sausage, cut into 1 cm thick circles.
- 4 thick slices bacon, cut into 2.5cm pieces.
- 3 pickled cucumbers, cut into 0.5 cm thick circles.
- 2 large banana peppers, seeded and cut into 2.5cm pieces.
- 2 large onions, quartered and cut into 2.5cm pieces.
- 1/4 cup grainy or Creole mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
