A recipe for dessert sandwiches made with white bread and then pan-fried Italian-style. The top slices of bread are spread with chocolate-hazelnut spread, and the bottom slices are spread with mascarpone cheese mixed with bananas. Bacon is placed between the halves.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of cheese mascarpone
  • 6 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 8 thick slices of white bread
  • Salted butter for bread

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Spread the bacon in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until crisp. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Meanwhile, place the bananas in a small bowl and mash them with a fork. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well.

  3. 4 slices white bread Spread a thick layer of chocolate-hazelnut spread on each slice, top with 3 slices of bacon. Spread the remaining 4 slices of bread with the banana-mascarpone mixture, and use the resulting slices of bread to make a sandwich.
  4. Spread butter on both sides of each sandwich. Heat a large skillet over high heat. sandwiches become delicious, fry them in a pan until golden brown.
