Enjoy the flavor of a meaty Italian sandwich: slice cured meats (salami, soppressata, or prosciutto) into strips, then layer them with creamy Italian dressing and provolone cheese.

You'll need a 2.5-liter bowl or small salad bowls. Layer each layer with one large salad spoon. This recipe serves 8.

1 layer: white beans
Blend 1 cup of canned white beans (pre-rinsed) with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until smooth, add salt and pepper.

2nd layer: marinated vegetables jardiniere
Drain and finely chop 1 cup canned Italian vegetables.

Layer 3: Sun-dried tomatoes
Drain and chop 3/4 cup. sun-dried tomatoes in vegetable oil.

Layer 4: Provolone cheese
Cut about 110 grams into cubes.

Layer 5: dry-cured meat
Cut 110 g of salami, soppressata or prosciutto into strips.

Layer 6: Italian dressing
1/4 cup each of mayonnaise, sour cream, basilica and parsley mix with 1 tbsp. olive oil, add 2 tsp. red wine vinegar And capers, 1 small clove of garlic and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer 7: Salad
2 tbsp finely chopped romaine lettuce season with olive oil.
