Make a creamy egg salad with sour cream, dill, and whole grain mustard, then layer it with corn relish, dressing, pimento cheese, and more.

You'll need a 2.5-liter bowl or small salad bowls. Layer each layer with one large salad spoon. The sauce makes 8 servings.

Layer 1: Cheese with pepper
Combine 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 3 tablespoons crushed hot red pepper, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, and season with salt and pepper.

Layer 2: Egg Salad
Hard-boil 3 eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. Mash the yolks, add 1 tablespoon each of sour cream and chopped dill, 1 teaspoon of whole-grain mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Chop the whites and add them to the yolks.

Layer 3: Smoked Ham
Finely chop 220 gr.

Layer 4: Pickled cucumbers
Finely chop 3/4 cup.

Layer 5: Paprika dressing
Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons each whole grain mustard and Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

Layer 6: corn
Add 1 cup of canned corn without liquid.

Layer 7: Salad
Mix 1 cup of chopped iceberg lettuce with thinly sliced ​​celery stalk and 2 green onions, season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
