No-Bake Cream Cheese Pie

In this simple pie, you'll feel like they were made for each other, nestled atop a fluffy cushion of whipped cream cheese frosting. To save time, use a pre-made chocolate crust, drizzle with chocolate fudge, and freeze.

Ingredients for the recipe:
Peanut Butter Pie
- 225 g of cream cheese at room temperature
- 3/4 cup cream peanut butter room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar plus 2 tbsp (in portions)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, plus whipped cream for garnish (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 55 g milk chocolate shavings
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
- 1 ready-made chocolate shortcrust pie crust (23cm diameter)
Hot fudge (sauce)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 110 g finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Sauce: Pour the cream, brown sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and place over high heat.
