Cranberry, apple and walnut jam - a detailed recipe.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 350 g fresh cranberries, washed
- 1 and 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 green apple, peeled, cored and cut into pieces
- Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Simmer the cranberries with sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the skins burst. Add the apple, citrus zest, and juice and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the raisins and nuts. Let the cranberry jam cool and serve chilled.
