Delicious and aromatic mulled wine not only warms you up in winter but can also be a pleasant refreshment in the summer heat when made into sorbet. Brew mulled wine with red wine, flavored with aromatic spices, fresh cranberries, and orange. Strain and strain the cranberries, allowing some of the pureed pulp to infuse into the dessert. To freeze the sorbet, use an ice cream maker. The resulting treat is very light, healthy, and full of wonderful flavors and spicy aromas.
