This light, refreshing black grape sorbet is a delicious dessert that's low in calories and offers a delightful, vibrant flavor and intoxicating aroma. It's made by blending seedless black grapes with a little sugar, lemon zest and juice for a more balanced, refreshing taste, and a tablespoon of vodka, which gives the sorbet a smoother, creamier texture. The sorbet is frozen in an ice cream maker, but if you don't have one, you can also freeze it in the freezer. However, you'll need to stir it constantly to achieve the desired texture.
