This creamy Italian pasta is made with just fettuccine, butter, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan. Simply toss the cooked pasta with a hot creamy sauce and freshly grated cheese, which melts in the hot pasta and becomes part of the delicious sauce. Perfect for a quick side dish, serve with meat or a green salad.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- In a saucepan or frying pan, heat the butter and cream over low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle half the Parmesan cheese into a large serving bowl.
- Pour the hot creamy mixture over the pasta. Drain the pasta and immediately transfer it to a bowl. Toss a couple of times, then sprinkle with the remaining half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss, thinning the pasta with water if necessary. Serve immediately as a main dish or as a side dish with meat and salad. Delicious!
