Kids will especially love these mini pizzas. Each one is made with a half-English muffin base. They're the perfect size for little hands, or they can be served as an appetizer at a house party. Top each bun with shredded grilled chicken, add spinach in a creamy Alfredo sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until the cheese melts.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2-3 cups fresh small spinach
  • 4 English muffins, cut in half horizontally and toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, shredded (2 cups), room temperature
  • 2 tbsp. grated mozzarella

We recommend

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Pour the Alfredo sauce into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Add the spinach and stir until wilted; turn off the heat.

  3. Spread 1/4 cup sauce on each toasted muffin half, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, top with some chicken, and some mozzarella. Bake on a baking sheet until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Serve the mini pizzas warm.
