    Step 1
  • Cutlets:

    Combine the sausage and chorizo ​​in a bowl until smooth. Form into 6 patties. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties in a dry skillet, turning as needed, until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Eggs:

    Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, salt, pepper, eggs, and green chili pepper. Whisk with a fork until smooth.

  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, like an omelet, until the eggs begin to set, about 2 minutes.
