Mini pizzas with chicken - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 jars (390 g) of ready-made pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp. (about 225 g) coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. (about 225 g) coarsely grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled and diced
  • 225 g diced, crispy fried bacon

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Punch down the pizza dough to a 1 cm thickness and cut out circles with 8 cm cookie cutters. Place them on two baking sheets and brush with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar cheese.

    Top with bell pepper, red onion, garlic, chicken, and bacon. Sprinkle the pizzas with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar cheese and drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil. Bake until the crust is lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
