Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 g fresh or frozen pizza or bread dough (defrost according to package instructions)
- 1.5 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp garlic flakes
- 2 diced cooked chicken breast halves (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Cherry Tomato Salsa:
- 2 cups red cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and coarsely ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 230°C.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
Roll the dough into a large rectangle and place it on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving at least a 1/2-inch border, then sprinkle the cheese with garlic flakes.
Top with chicken, mushrooms, and olives. Sprinkle with feta cheese, then sprinkle oregano over the entire pizza. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. - Serve topped with cherry tomato salsa.
Cherry Tomato Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes and basil. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, and mustard. Add the dressing to the tomatoes and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
