What Italian dish alone can fill a restaurant or food delivery menu? Pizza, of course. The endless variety of toppings and sauces and ease of preparation make this dish not only a restaurant favorite, but also a favorite at home. Oregano perfectly enhances the flavor of ground meat, and pizza with this topping is incredibly juicy and filling.

- Preheat oven to 220°C.
On a round pizza stone, griddle, or rectangular baking sheet, dust the dough with wheat or corn flour and spread it out to form a crust. If using a baking sheet, spray it with olive oil first before adding the crust.
Prick the dough in several places with the tines of a fork. Drizzle with olive oil, season with chopped rosemary and a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, swirl the pan a couple of times, then add the ground beef. Brown the meat for a couple of minutes, breaking up any lumps, then add the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the tomato paste, breaking up the ground beef with the back of a spoon. Mix in the cheese, parsley, and oregano.
- Remove the crust from the oven and top with the meat filling. Sprinkle the pizza with the herb cheese. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
