Mini sandwiches with ground beef and pepperoni - a detailed recipe.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 230 g of minced sweet Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 110 g butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 block of 12 saiki buns (pull-apart wheat buns)
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni sausage (about 60 g)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 170 gr. mozzarella cheese, chopped
- 2 tbsp. l. grated parmesan cheese

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat a broiler or oven with a grill. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage meat and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, for about 7 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet with the garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cut the entire package of buns in half horizontally. Place the top and bottom halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Brush with the butter mixture, reserving 2 tablespoons, and season with salt. Fry until golden brown, 1 to 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the prepared ground beef and pepperoni on the bottom buns. Drizzle with marinara sauce, then spread the mozzarella evenly over the tops. Top with the top buns, then brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the mini sandwiches until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, 12 to 15 minutes.
