Greek-style chicken pizza - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 450 g fresh or frozen pizza dough or bread (defrost)
  • 2 boiled chicken breasts, cut into cubes (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1.5 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic flakes
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced ​​into rounds
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 serving cherry tomato salad (see recipe below)

Cherry Tomato Salad:

  • 2 cups red cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and coarsely ground black pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 230°C.

    Roll the dough into a large rectangle and place it on a large baking sheet. Layer the mozzarella on top, leaving a 1/2-inch border, then sprinkle the pizza with garlic flakes. Top with chicken, mushrooms, and Kalamata olives. Sprinkle with feta cheese and oregano. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

    Serve with cherry tomato salad.

    Cherry Tomato Salad: In a medium bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes and basil. In a small bowl, whisk together the wine vinegar, oil, and Dijon mustard. Pour the dressing into the tomatoes and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
