Make juicy, crispy chicken without deep-frying or tons of extra oil. This recipe calls for two cut-up chickens, but you can use any individual parts you like. The chicken pieces are dredged in flour, then dipped in egg and then coated in breadcrumbs. Bake them in butter in the oven until cooked through and golden brown, a treat everyone will love. Serve as an appetizer with dipping sauces, or as a main course with side dishes.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Melt butter in a 22x32x5 cm baking dish.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and oregano. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip the chicken in the egg. Dredge the pieces in breadcrumbsPlace the chicken in the prepared pan and turn to coat with oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning the pieces after 15 minutes. Serve the chicken hot or at room temperature.
