Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Pour oil into a saucepan or deep fryer and heat to 180C degrees.
  • Step 2
  • Cut up the chicken: Remove the meat from the bones and chop finely; discard the skin. Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with the hot sauce, pepper, cheese, and green onions. Form the mixture into round balls approximately 5 centimeters in diameter.
  • Step 3
  • Then place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls. Dip each ball in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Set aside.
  • Step 4
  • Once the oil reaches the desired temperature, fry the chicken balls in batches, cooking for about 2 minutes per batch. Then transfer the cooked chicken balls to paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
  • Step 5
  • Prepare the dipping sauce: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste. Serve the chicken balls with cheese dipping sauce.
