The second most popular American pie crust is made with crushed and pressed graham crackers. With this recipe, Katie Lee took it a step further and used chocolate chip cookies instead! She also swapped regular sugar for dark brown sugar, which imparts a caramel flavor to the crust. This is a great way to use up those homemade cookies you accidentally overcooked in the oven.

- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the chocolate chip cookies in a food processor and process until smooth; transfer to a bowl. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Stir in the melted butter until the cookies are evenly coated.
