Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


    Cut the spaghetti squash lengthwise

  1. Trim both ends with a knife, then cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin

  3. Scrape out the seeds with a spoon and discard.

  4. Place the pumpkin cut side down on a baking sheet.

  5. Place the pumpkin halves cut side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Use a fork to scrape out the flesh from the cooked pumpkin.

  7. Bake at 200°C (400°F) until soft, 25 minutes. Let cool slightly. Scrape the pumpkin flesh along the grain with a fork. Discard the peel.
