Blue Absinthe with Marshmallow Cocktail - A Detailed Recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 60 ml of absinthe
  • 30 ml Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 2 small marshmallow shapes, 1 for lighting and 1 for decorating
  • A little grenadine syrup
  • 60 ml of sparkling water
  • Cherries, for decoration

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place an absinthe spoon over a glass, place a marshmallow on the spoon, pour the absinthe over it, then carefully light the marshmallow on fire, allowing the melted sugar to drip into the absinthe.
  2. Add Blue Curacao, a splash of grenadine, and top with soda water. Garnish with a marshmallow and a cherry.
