How to Make Weeknight Bolognese

The Bolognese sauce recipe comes to us from the Italian city of Bologna. Traditionally, the sauce is made with two types of ground meat: pork and beef. White wine is also a must in the classic recipe. However, people in other countries don't always follow the original recipe, and this doesn't significantly affect its taste.
