All the ingredients are mixed together in a jar the night before, and the porridge is left to steep in the refrigerator overnight. Its sweet and spicy flavor comes from grated carrots, raisins, coconut flakes, walnuts, a pinch of cinnamon, a touch of vanilla, and dark brown sugar with its caramel notes. 1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 0.5 cups oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp toasted sweet coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. toasted chopped walnuts
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Special equipment: a half-liter jar or container with a lid
