A delicious pork tenderloin is the perfect treat for the holiday table. Firstly, it cooks quickly and effortlessly. Secondly, it's perhaps the most delicious and tender cut of pork, perfect for special occasions. Rub the pork tenderloin with a mixture of mustard, rosemary, and garlic, marinate briefly, and then roast whole. Serve cut into medallions and garnished with rosemary and garlic sprigs. Rosemary not only infuses the meat and everything around it with its pine-spicy aroma, but it also perfectly complements the festive atmosphere of your home.
