After a long night of partying, nothing soothes you like a warming, richly flavored soup. You'll experience spicy, smoky, tart, and creamy notes. Together, they create the perfect flavor combination for a quick pick-me-up. This soup is made with finely chopped pork loin, smoked Polish sausage, and fried bacon. It's loaded with vegetables, aromatic celery, and other spices. Cream is added at the very end. Make this hangover soup the night before to enjoy it the next day. It's also a great warming treat if you're feeling chilly in cooler weather.
