1. Table salt

Storage: Store in a dark place (humidity no more than 75%) in airtight containers—glass, ceramic, or plastic—with tight-fitting lids.

2. Sugar

Sugar has the ability to absorb moisture and odors, which is important to remember. However, refined sugar is less susceptible to moisture than granulated sugar.
