Time: 2 hours 20 minutes
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 64 pcs.

This simple toffee is made in the microwave using white chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Once the mixture is smooth, stir in finely chopped nuts and dried fruit. Green pistachios, orange dried apricots and cashews, and red dried cranberries will look very bright and interesting on the cut sides of the finished candies, complementing the chocolate with their flavors and texture. Let the mixture set and cut into squares to serve on the holiday table or with a cup of coffee.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Line an 8-inch (20-cm) square baking pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch (5-cm) overhang on both sides; grease the foil with butter. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and salt. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir well. Continue heating in 15-second intervals until the chocolate chips are completely melted, another 15 to 30 seconds.
  2. Add the nuts, dried fruit, and orange blossom water to the white chocolate and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a silicone spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Remove the toffee from the mold by pulling the foil. Use a sharp knife to cut it into 2.5 cm squares.
