Chocolate toffee with nuts - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 350 g dark chocolate (50-55% cocoa), finely chopped
  • 400 g of condensed milk with sugar
  • 1.5 cups chopped nuts (hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds or walnuts)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Melt the chocolate and condensed milk in the microwave on low power. Stir until smooth, then add the nuts and vanilla extract.

    Place the toffee mixture into a 20cm square pan lined with oiled parchment paper.

    Place the mold in the refrigerator and chill until the toffee mixture hardens. Then cut into squares.
