It will look very bright and cheerful against the white toffee. Cut the finished toffee into small squares, arrange them on a tray, and place them on the table or in a candy bar. You can also bag the candies and give them to guests as they leave.

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. multi-colored nonpareils

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Line a 22x32cm baking sheet with foil. Step 2
- In a medium saucepan, combine the marshmallows, sugar, cream, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue cooking, stirring, until the marshmallows are melted and all the sugar is dissolved. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Step 3
- Add white chocolate and vanilla extract and stir until chocolate is completely melted. Step 4
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with nonpareils. Let cool to room temperature. Step 5
- Then wrap and refrigerate until the toffee is completely set, about 1 hour. Cut into 2x2 cm squares.
