This soft, melt-in-your-mouth toffee is made with just four ingredients and requires no cooking. Melt the butter and creamy peanut butter mixture in the microwave, then combine it with powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Pour the fudge into a mold and let it set. Cut the finished toffee into traditional cubes and enjoy. It will keep for several days at room temperature. You can also package it in plastic bags, tie it with ribbon, and give it as a gift. Peanut butter fans will love this favorite treat in candy form.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 220g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing the pan
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 450 g powdered sugar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine the butter and peanut butter in a 4-quart microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave on high for another 2 minutes. Be careful when removing the mixture from the microwave; it will be very hot.
- Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. The mixture will be difficult to stir and will lose its shine. Pour into a greased and parchment-lined 20 x 20 cm pan. Fold the excess parchment paper over the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until completely set, about 2 hours.
- Cut into 2.5 cm pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
