Thread cooked meatballs onto wooden skewers along with red onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cubes of Italian bread, then grill or grill until grill marks appear. Immediately sprinkle the hot kebabs with grated Parmesan cheese and serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Serve as a main course or appetizer at house parties. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 24 frozen Italian meatballs, defrost
- 2 medium red onions, cut into 2.5cm pieces.
- 3 green bell peppers, cut into 2.5cm pieces.
- 3 plum tomatoes, quartered
- 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 2.5cm cubes
- 0.5 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan
- Fresh parsley leaves, for serving
- 2 tbsp. marinara sauce, heat it up
- Special equipment: 8 skewers, 30 cm long.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide and thread the meatballs, vegetables, and bread evenly onto 8 large skewers. Brush each kebab on all sides with Italian seasoning. Grill on all sides until all ingredients have grill marks and the meatballs are heated through, 8-10 minutes.
