A dish made from jacket potatoes, pork sausages, shrimp and corn.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1,800 g medium shrimp
- 1 1/2 lbs smoked pork sausages, cut into 7.5cm pieces.
- 1,800 g medium red-skinned potatoes
- 8 ears of corn, cut in half
- 1/2 cup seafood seasoning
- 2–3 medium sweet onions, peeled. Large onions can be quartered.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fill a 30-liter saucepan halfway with water (you can use two large saucepans and divide the ingredients into two parts). Add the seasoning and bring to a boil.
Place whole potatoes in a saucepan. Bring the water back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the onions and sausages. Bring the water back to a boil and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add the corn. Once the water boils, simmer for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. - Add the shrimp, bring the water to a boil, and cook for about 3 minutes, until the shrimp turn red. Drain the shrimp in a colander. Serve the peasant platter on a separate platter or on newspaper.
