When you start to feel unwell and a cold is approaching, the best solution is to drink hot vitamin tea with lemon and honey. This recipe was inspired by the popular tea Medicine ball Starbucks, which was in great demand during the cold season. The tea is not only healthy but also incredibly delicious, with hints of peach and peppermint.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 and 1/4 tbsp. lemonade
- 1 bag of green tea with lemon
- 1 peach tea bag
- 1 bag of mint tea
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 lemon wedges, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine 1 1/4 cups water and lemonade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Alternatively, combine the water and lemonade in a large container and microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add all the tea bags.
- Cover and let steep for 4 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags, then add honey, if using. Pour into 2 mugs and serve each serving with a slice of lemon.
