Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a marker to draw 12 6cm circles. Place a silicone mat on top so you can see the circles through it (or you can use a second piece of parchment paper).
- Make a grill gratePlace the chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 30-second intervals, stirring between each microwave, until the hot mixture has completely melted the remaining chocolate chips. Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a pastry bag fitted with a small round tip.
Pipe chocolate along the outline of the drawn circles, then pipe five parallel lines into each circle to resemble grill grates. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. - Meanwhile, make coalsIn a small zip-lock bag, combine orange, red, and yellow candies and crush coarsely with a hammer. Insert a marshmallow into the hole of each donut. Light them one by one with a lighter to create a beautiful browning effect. Sprinkle crushed candies over the top to create a glowing ember.
- Make burgersCut the chocolate toffees crosswise into 3 pieces (you'll have 12 pieces in total). Place them cut-side up in the microwave and microwave for 15 seconds until the toffees become pliable. Glue a square yellow candy on top for the cheese and press down.
Make hot dogs: Use an edible marker to draw horizontal lines on the cylindrical red candies to simulate grill marks.
Make vegetable kebabs: Place pieces of gumdrops on toothpicks. - Before servingRemove the chocolate grill grates from the refrigerator and carefully lift them off the silicone mat. Place the grates on the coals and arrange burgers and hot dogs on half of the grills, and kebabs and fish on the other half.
