Pumpkin Seeds with Warm Spices

You'll be surprised, but even pumpkin seeds can be roasted to become a true delicacy. A few additional ingredients and spices, and your seeds will acquire a new and interesting flavor. For this recipe, you'll need raw, shelled seeds, such as those from gymnosperm pumpkins or shelled pumpkin seeds. Mix them in butter with aromatic spices, sugar, and salt, and bake. The seeds will acquire a delicious pumpkin pie aroma. Use them in various desserts, baked goods, or crunch them while watching TV.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2.5 cups fresh pumpkin seeds without husks, cleared of large pieces of pumpkin, a small amount of pulp is allowed
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the foil with vegetable oil.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the pumpkin seeds, toss to coat, then add the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake, tossing once or twice, until golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Then cool completely.
