Fall is the perfect time to enjoy healthy pumpkins and their equally healthy seeds, which, when served properly, make a fantastic treat for home beer parties. Mix shelled pumpkin seeds with shelled pistachios and sesame seeds, and to make the snacks more flavorful, coat them with a crispy, spiced crust. A whipped egg white with sugar, thyme, chili powder, and salt works perfectly. Stir in the seeds and nuts and toast in the oven. Top your crunchy concoction with savory wasabi peas.
