This delicious and juicy vitamin-rich salad consists of five fragrant herbs—parsley, mint, dill, tarragon, and chives—as well as celery shaved into ribbons. It's a veritable explosion of flavors and aromas! It's recommended to tear the greens by hand into large pieces or whole leaves to preserve as many vitamins as possible. The salad is dressed with a honey-infused vinaigrette and topped with roasted pumpkin seeds. It's a perfect complement to grilled meats. Serve immediately.
