Rachel makes a thick, concentrated barbecue sauce for chicken burgers. The filling is mayonnaise-free and flavored with lemon juice and honey. Everything you need for a summer picnic.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
- 1 red onion, half sliced and the other half finely chopped
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, you can eyeball it
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce, you can also do it by eye
- 550 g of minced chicken
- 1 tbsp grill seasoning
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 heaped tablespoons of sweet pickled relish (pickled vegetable caviar)
- 2 tbsp. shredded cabbage mixture
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cornmeal buns, cut in half

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and tomato paste and simmer for about five minutes. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and remove from heat. Transfer to another container and let cool for about five minutes. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and mix well. Add the ground chicken and season with grill seasoning. Mix thoroughly and form into 4 patties.
- Place a frying pan on the stove over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Transfer the patties to the pan and cook for 6 minutes on each side.
- Combine the cabbage mixture, relish, and onion in a small saucepan. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and honey. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Serve chicken cutlets on buns with coleslaw on top.
