Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 - 1.5 tsp hot sauce
- 1 lime, cut into pieces
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 350g medium-sized sea shrimp, peeled, heads and dark veins removed, meat cut in half lengthwise
- 400 g of shredded vegetables (red cabbage and carrots)
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
- 1/2 small red onion, cut into half rings
- Coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 12 tacos

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Prepare the sauce: In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice, sugar, 1/4 cup cilantro, and 1 tablespoon water. Process until smooth. Place the shrimp in a bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Let sit. Step 2
- Coarsely chop the remaining cilantro. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, mango, red onion, and remaining sauce. Season with salt to taste. Step 3
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes. Then transfer the shrimp to a serving dish. Step 4
- Fry the taco shells in a dry skillet on both sides until golden brown. Fill the tacos with shrimp and coleslaw. Serve the tacos with lime and plenty of hot sauce.
