Tender pork tenderloin is easy to prepare and is equally delicious for a special occasion or a quick midweek dinner. Rub it with Chinese Five Spice Rub, grill it in the oven—it takes no more than 20 minutes—and drizzle with a ginger-soy vinaigrette. - Preheat the oven to broil and line a baking sheet with foil. Place the pork on the prepared baking sheet, brush with peanut oil, and sprinkle with five-spice seasoning. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Grill, turning once, until golden brown and an electronic meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin registers 145°F (63°C), 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the vinegar, ginger, mirin, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl. Add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Slice the pork, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and serve with rice and broccoli.
