A mix of crunchy snacks with a smoked paprika flavor is a perfect treat for house parties, watching games, or watching movies with a glass of beer. Pecans, peanuts, corn nuts, and sesame seeds are all great options. All the snacks are mixed with a beaten egg white and smoked paprika and toasted in the oven until they have a spicy, crispy crust.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp. salted corn kernels
  • 0.5 cup salted sesame sticks

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Stir in the sugar, paprika, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

  3. Add the peanuts, pecans, corn nuts, and sesame seeds to a bowl and stir to coat evenly. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake, stirring halfway through, until crisp, 20-25 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
