Shishito peppers are a great appetizer for a house party. They're the perfect size and easy to eat without utensils. Fill each pepper with salty, nutty Manchego cheese, wrap each with a thin slice of ham, and bake until crispy. Although shishito peppers are considered mild, they have a wide range of heat levels, so among a dozen sweet peppers, you might find a spicy one—a surprise for some!
