This chocolate can be poured into jars or bowls, and once it's set, served as a dessert, garnished with fresh berries, whose juiciness perfectly complements the rich chocolate. The dessert is made from dark chocolate chunks mixed with milk, heavy cream, and... mayonnaise! Don't be fooled by this unexpected ingredient. The eggs and vegetable oil in the natural mayonnaise give the chocolate cream a delicate, silky texture, while the salt and a touch of acidity balance the chocolate's sweetness. Add a little instant coffee to the chocolate for an even richer flavor.
