Strawberry Fool is a simple summer dessert that's especially popular during strawberry season. Despite its simplicity, it looks elegant and sophisticated, as it's strawberries and whipped cream in all their glory. Crushed strawberries marinated in orange juice are simply stirred into homemade whipped cream, sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs, and served in elegant glasses or bowls. A spoonful of honey drizzled into the vanilla whipped cream adds a special flavor to this dessert. Sunny Anderson suggests serving the dessert with a graham cracker instead of a spoon to scoop up the cream and enjoy.
