A delicious Filipino layered dessert that's quick and easy to make, and requires no baking. Layers of whipped cream with condensed milk, crumbled graham crackers, and ripe, juicy mango pieces are placed in a pan. After the dessert has chilled and set in the refrigerator, portion it onto plates and enjoy this rich, summery flavor.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 400 g of condensed milk with sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups chopped graham crackers (package 270 gr.)
  • 3 ripe mangoes, diced
  • Special equipment: 20cm square baking dish.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until doubled in volume, about 4 minutes.
  2. Spoon less than 2 cups of the cream into the bottom of a square pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers on top and top with a third of the mango. Continue alternating layers until you have 9 layers total, with the mango on top. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
